A completed application consists of a submitted application, resume, and two letters of recommendation. You can find the recommendation form here.
The Council Fellows Class of 2027 application period will be from Wednesday, Sept. 9 to Friday, Oct. 23.
Please reference this copy of the Council Fellows application as you prepare to apply for the program. Keep in mind that the application, resume, and references must be submitted online when applications open (September 9 – October 23, 2026).
Submissions via email will not be accepted. The application must be completed in one sitting. It cannot be saved halfway through.
