Nashville Health Care Council's Leadership Health Care Cohort Application: Fall 2025

Ready to take your leadership skills and knowledge to the next level? The Leadership Health Care cohort, offered through the Nashville Health Care Council, unites 15-18 emerging professionals for an enriching peer-mentorship journey focused on critical industry topics. Apply now for the Fall 2025 Leadership Development Cohort and be part of a diverse, forward-thinking group that will shape the future of healthcare!
Mentor, David Frederiksen, Executive Teams Coach at Petra Coach, Founder and former CEO of PatientFocus, and Council Fellows Alumnus, will lead discussions and invite guest speakers to share how they started their careers in healthcare, what they learned along the way about leading teams, and how they would change and improve their own leadership journey if they could do it all again.
Leadership Development Cohort Dates:
- Wednesday, August 20th from 8-9 a.m. CST
- Wednesday, September 3rd from 8-9 a.m. CST
- Wednesday, September 17th from 8-9 a.m. CST
- Wednesday, October 29th from 8-9 a.m. CST
- Wednesday, November 19th from 8-9 a.m. CST
- Wednesday, December 3rd from 8-9 a.m. CST
NOTE: If selected, a $100 cohort participation fee applies. Additionally, cohort participants are required to attend in-person in five of six cohort sessions in Nashville, TN.
