Mentor, John Murdock, Principal, Strategic Planning at Shore Capital Partners, will lead discussions around how financial decisions shape growth and impact across the industry. Throughout guest speaker conversations with investors, finance leaders, and executives, participants will gain insight around evaluating opportunities, allocating capital, and driving value creation within healthcare organizations. Applicants for the Spring 2026 cohort should be a young professional familiar with the Leadership Health Care program AND/OR seeking to enhance their knowledge of healthcare finance and its impact on the healthcare industry.
Participation Fee (if accepted): $200
Spring 2026 Finance Cohort Dates:
- Friday, January 9th from 8-9 a.m. CST
 - Wednesday, February 11th from 8-9 a.m. CST
 - Friday, March 27th from 8-9 a.m. CST
 - Friday, April 17th from 8-9 a.m. CST
 - Friday, May 8th from 8-9 a.m. CST
 - Friday, June 5th from 8-9 a.m. CST
 
NOTE: Cohort applicants are required to participate in-person in five of six cohort sessions in Nashville, TN.
