Spring Cohort: Policy in Practice: Leading Healthcare Through a Changing Landscape
This cohort, led by Osei Mevs, Vice President of Government Relations at Ardent Health, will explore how emerging healthcare leaders can better understand, anticipate, and navigate the policy forces shaping healthcare organizations and the communities they serve.
Through candid discussions with policymakers, healthcare executives, and policy experts, participants will build the perspective needed to connect healthcare policy to organizational strategy and operations, while exploring the impact of government reimbursement (Medicaid/Medicare, OBBBA), workforce, access, advocacy, and emerging policy priorities on the future of healthcare.
Applicants for the Spring 2027 cohort should be NextGen Leaders within a Council-member company. A NextGen Leader is an individual early in their career or in a middle management role within a healthcare organization, focused on building the skills and tools needed for success. Participation Fee (if accepted): $200
