Across Tennessee, business owners are thinking intentionally about growth. But every growth story eventually leads to a bigger question: what comes next?
Whether you are scaling, preparing for transition, or considering the legacy you want to leave, ownership structure plays a critical role. Employee ownership is gaining traction as a powerful, underexplored strategy for succession, workforce engagement and long-term sustainability, especially in people-driven industries like healthcare.
This inaugural executive roundtable and mixer brings together leaders for a candid, peer-driven conversation about growth, exit strategies, and how employee ownership fits into the mix. Expect less theory and more real-world perspective, with space to explore a question many are already asking: what is employee ownership, and is it right for my business?
Co-presented by TNCEO and 3LS, Inc., a Nashville-based family of 26 employee-owned, mission-driven companies with more than 1,400 team members across 40+ states, this event reflects a shared belief that when ownership is aligned with purpose, companies create lasting opportunity.
Agenda:
9-9:30 a.m.: Breakfast & TNCEO Introduction
9:30-10:30 a.m.: Concurrent Roundtable Sessions
10:30-11 a.m.: Group Reflection & Discussion
11-11:30 a.m.: Networking Mixer

What to Expect:
After a brief introduction to TNCEO, attendees will break into two roundtable groups:
The group will come back together to share insights, discuss what’s next for employee ownership in Tennessee, and wrap with a casual mixer. Come with questions, leave with perspective, and connect with others thinking seriously about how ownership shapes growth, opportunity and long-term impact.
