The CMS Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) represents a once-in-a-generation investment - and Tennessee's competitive grant funding is open now, with dollars expected out the door by October.

Join us on Tuesday, June 30 from 3:30 – 4:30pm CT for a practical briefing designed for health tech companies, investors, and health care organizations who want to understand the opportunity to apply for the RHTP grants and navigate the application process.
